Gamerscore not updating xbox live

When I started playing Galaxy at War I hit one guy with a biotic power and unlocked "Sky High." Remembering I had already unlocked that achievement I went to my profile to check and sure enough my gamerscore was down to 15, with Sky High the only achievement at all unlocked! I'm curious as to whether my gamerscore has reset or not. I have feeling that someone is going to get fired...

Can't check it until about , but it will be interesting to see if it's an epidemic or something. Ditto here but on the contact us page of Xbox there's the following text so they are at least aware of the problem: Some customers are currently showing zero achievements and gamer scores on Xbox LIVE.

However, since the challenges were sponsored by specific companies, certain challenges required specific games or codes from non-Microsoft products.

The update should become available from 8 AM PT / 4 PM GMT / 11 AM ET onwards, so check your console for updates around that time.

Clubs allow players to form moderated community groups based on all sorts of custom criteria, and Looking For Group will allows players to post advertisements to help find like-minded gamers for co-operative activities.

I fired up Mass Effect 3 just now and as the game loaded I got a message saying I last played it on a different console and it would now load my own save data. This is the second thread announcing this issue that I've commented on. And people deserve to know why it happened and is there a possibility that it will reoccur.

I figured it was some kind of glitch in the game and just hit ok. I've had my gamertag since original Xbox and have tons of achievements and completed games. Someone at the MS Xbox server office must have spilled their coffee on some important equipment or something. I'd imagine this really is news for majority of people because they are attached to their gamerscore one way or another.

Sometime or another, all Xbox users have yearned to get their gamerscore to unimaginable thresholds—for bragging and egotistical purposes. However, I also don't want to mod my gamerscore, because it's just unfair and not as much fun as doing it the honest way.

To me, it's synonymous to entering the cheats into a game after you've beaten it.

EDIT: I'd be willing to bet this is widespread now, though for me it's just not a big deal. We are aware of the problem and appreciate your patience while we implement a lot of good that chat support was.

Disappointing but my reaction is just curiosity as to its cause, not anger. 'Craig' appeared said the following then disconnected: Craig: I can see here you are having trouble with your Achievements, nothing to worry about, we have been working on it and we have resolved the issue your points will be back in no time, when closing your chat press the Black X in the corner, thank you for your patience.

This update also contains new features for the Gamerscore Leaderboard, rare achievements, group messaging, and Clubs are a brand new way for gamers to connect on Xbox Live, whether they're on a Windows 10 PC or Xbox One.

Via the Club section in the Community tab on your console or via the Club section in the various Xbox apps, you can search for all sorts of Clubs based on the tags associated with the Club in question.

You could create a Club centered around a particular game or activity, such as achievement hunting or helping newbie players to learn Killer Instinct. You could use the Windows 10 app to create a Club for your World of Warcraft guild, taking advantage of the quick access to party invites for raiding voice chat.
